Our Mission

Days instead of Months
Needs instead of Wants
Adaptive instead of Fixed
Partnership instead of Relationship
FUN instead of PAIN

The mission statements are short and sticky, but what does it mean in detail?-Find below some explainations:

Days instead of Months

In a fast changing world time-to_market is one of the key metrics. LAP is with it's approach promising fast. Therefor we break all existing "rules" needed to achieve the maximum time-to-market.

Needs instead of Wants

To get the right partner a joint understanding about the customer/user needs is essential. We don't want to just look for features and functions (wants), but surprise the customer/user by delivering business value earlier, with as less waste as possible and give room for unexpected evolutions. If we succeed earlier and stop or pause partnership we celebrate our success and do not continue with non-valuable 'Wants'!-On the other hand we also respect the needs of the people, that will work together as a team.

Adaptive instead of Fixed

With every shipping we resolve the customer/user needs and learn and adapt. In other words we do not stick to initial plans nor partners. This is valid during evaluation too. If another partner is more valuable we swap. Therefor we define and measure success via  business value at all time and make this transparent to all participants.

Partnership instead of Relationship

On the other hand pausing or swapping a partner is never a failure.  If we made good experiences within the partnership we might work together in the future again. We always look for sustainability in partnership, but stay adaptive too. We definitely don't like a customer/vendor relationship were one wins and the other looses.

FUN instead of PAIN

Looking for a new partner and working together as a team should be first of all fun for any persons involved. We always prefer honest and transparent collaboration, than painful negotiations. This collaborations are always held between the people, that will work together later on.
